at this cross road in life given by Creator

i am beginning to learn a new language

picking up new words, exercising the tongue

i am by faith dead and alive in Christ Jesus

my old language death is swallowed up

how do i speak i have nothing to say

grant me the wisdom to speak a new

thank You and all praise, honor, and glory to You

purify and clean my heart soften and make new

heal me, cleanse me with Your Precious Blood as i eat and drink You

remembering You until You return, i confess and repent

Worthy are You

clean my belly, heart, and tongue that i may only speak this new language foreign to me

Your language of Love, of Faith, Your Word of Life
